• LinkedIn, where you submit information through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form;

• regulators, courts, public authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law. 

We require service providers who process personal information on our behalf to protect that information and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Complaints

If you believe that your personal information has been processed in a way that does not comply with POPIA, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. The Information Regulator accepts POPIA complaints where a person believes their personal information has been violated.
